Immersive characters, crafted stories and unforgettable moments.

RinTinTin Theatre creates walkabout performances that invite people into another world.

Part theatre, part mischief, part magic, our characters are designed not simply to entertain but to connect. They spark conversations, create unexpected moments and give audiences permission to play.

Whether at a festival, private celebration, corporate event or public space, every performance is built around character, story and human interaction.

From stilt walkers to playful ground-based performers, every RinTinTin Theatre character is created with story, personality and audience connection in mind.

Here’s a taster of our more popular acts.

Our Most Loved Acts

Bridie the Tea Lady

At 8ft tall and accompanied by her famous tea trolley, Bridie serves tea, tunes and plenty of conversation wherever she goes. With music, mischief and a warm welcome for everyone she meets, this much-loved character brings charm, laughter and unforgettable audience interaction to events of all kinds.

*NEW* Wanda & Rhonda

Part waitresses, part entertainers and full-time gossips, Wanda & Rhonda bring a unique blend of music, comedy and character interaction to any event.

*NEW* Gwyneth Poultry & Sandra MacBullock

With a noisy pedal tractor, clucking chickens, questionable driving skills, and plenty of farmyard chatter, Gwyneth Poultry and Sandra MacBullock arrive ready to bring a little countryside chaos to your event.

At RinTinTin Theatre, every act begins with a question:

Who is this character?

Before a costume is made or a performer steps into a pair of stilts, we imagine the world they inhabit, their history, their personality and how they might meet the people in front of them.

Because we don't believe audiences connect with costumes alone.
They connect with stories.

That's why our performances feel different. They are playful, immersive and rich in detail, allowing guests to step into a shared moment rather than simply stand and watch from the sidelines.

Many performances start with a costume.

Ours start with a character.

Every act is developed through a creative process that combines theatre-making, visual design, storytelling and collaboration with skilled makers and performers.

The result is work that feels thoughtful, distinctive and alive.

Characters don't simply arrive at an event.

They belong there.

One of the greatest pleasures of live performance is watching adults rediscover their sense of play.

A conversation becomes a story.
A passing moment becomes a memory.
A stranger becomes part of the performance.

Our characters create space for those moments to happen naturally.

No pressure.
No awkward participation.
Just genuine connection, curiosity and fun.
