Standing a fabulous 8ft tall with her cake-laden 7ft tea trolley, Bridie brings a brew, a boogie and a belly laugh wherever she goes!

To the smooth sounds of Dean Martin and Tom Jones — with a cheeky dash of pop and rock when you least expect it — she twirls, serves and charms her way into everyone’s hearts.

From Highclere Castle with Twinings to Earl Spencer’s Althorp House, Jools Holland’s Hootenanny, and even your local summer fête, Bridie has poured tea in some very fine places — and always leaves smiles (and crumbs) behind.

A born hostess and natural comic, Bridie believes everyone’s a VIP — so pull up a chair, grab a cuppa, and get ready for a good old gossip.
